Walk the store with the client, scan each product they want, confirm the name and unit, and it's added to their list right away. When it can find the product online it fills in the name for you automatically — otherwise just type it.

Your file needs a Description column and a Unit column (each, lb, box, bag, dozen, gallon, quart, or tube). An Item # column is optional — if included, rows matching an existing item # (or existing description) will update that item — nothing gets duplicated.
